We are joined by Carmel, Senior Air Product Executive at Jules Verne, who recently left a little piece of her heart in Cambodia on her very first visit to this part of the world! She shares fond memories of her six-week summer holidays always being in Ireland as a teenager and her first ever holiday that wasn’t Ireland. As a self-confessed foodie, her holidays are now planned on where she’s going to experience great quality foods.
