From the temples, markets and riverside scenes of Bangkok to hill tribes, ancient Ayuthaya & Sukhothai featuring a cruise on the River Kwai and the infamous ‘Bridge over the River Kwai’
Southern Thailand is there for you to spoil yourself but the north is an untouched paradise of hill tribes, and a very different landscape, climate and culture. Step off the beaten track with us and discover it for yourself.
Cruising on the River Kwai gives visitors access to the bridge, memorials, museums and sites honouring the prisoners of war. It’s the perfect vantage point from which to take in magnificent scenery and a rich variety of flora and birdlife, and the best mode of visiting local markets, temples, Khmer ruins, waterfalls and hot springs.
Boisterous Bangkok, whatever its reputation, is the site of historic towns, Buddhist temples, palaces and gardens, drawing tourists from all over the world. No visit to Thailand is truly complete without seeing these wonders. Other sacred spaces include meditation retreats in Chiang Mai and the underground cave shrines in Kanchanaburi and Phetchaburi.
A tour of Thailand is a holiday for all the senses. And your taste buds are in for the trip of a lifetime. Thai food expresses fundamental aspects of the country’s culture: warmth, generosity, calmness and peace. We’re confident that you’ll leave Thailand feeling satisfied – mind, body and soul.
