Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The FCO has advised British nationals to avoid all non-essential overseas travel for 30 days. 

With this in mind we have made the decision to suspend all tours departing up to, and including, 30 April 2020. 

We are receiving many calls from customers who have bookings for departures in April. We are working to a strict departure date order and will be in touch with anyone due to depart over the coming days and weeks to talk through your options. Our phone lines are extremely busy at the moment and we appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.

If you are due to travel after 30 April 2020, rest assured your well-being is our number one priority and our team is continually monitoring the situation around the world. We will be in touch with anyone affected in the coming weeks.

As we’re part of a large international group (DER Touristik), we’re monitoring the situation closely along with our international colleagues within DER Touristik and our parent company REWE. Like all travel companies, we are guided by the advice of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) so if travel advice is updated we can work alongside our airline partners and our agents on the ground to make sure we respond quickly and decisively to official travel advice.
