With three nights land-based in Cairo and its surrounds, a flight to Aswan for four nights aboard-ship on Lake Nasser, and a three-night, downstream cruise of the Nile to the ‘living museum’ of Luxor, this tour is an enthralling introduction for first-time visitors to Egypt, and tempts returning travellers with the extra dimension of little-known sites and less-visited places.
