SPRING SALE - NOW ON

Cruise through the heart of the Scottish Highlands on this visually breathtaking voyage, traversing the Sound of Mull and four lochs as you navigate the intricate waterways of the Caledonian Canal

In 1793, when William Fraser proposed his scheme for what is now the Caledonian Canal, he countered naysayers by pointing out that ‘nature had finished more than half of it already’; and indeed it had, for just a third of its sixty majestic miles are man-made.

This voyage begins in the open sea, cruising from Oban, the ‘Gateway to the Isles’, to meet the canal at its entrance lock at Fort William, for the journey to Inverness and a cruise in the shadow of Ben Nevis, through Neptune’s Staircase and the lochs of the Great Glen. Accompanied all the way by the Highlands’ hauntingly beautiful scenery, dotted with mystical castles and little lakeside villages, your elegant vessel has the ambience of an intimate stately home, where everything is completed in grand style, from its teak decks and polished wood panels to traditional furnishings, fine cuisine, and excellent service
