Day 1 Fly overnight from Heathrow to Cape Town.
Day 2 Transfer to the 4-star Harbour Bridge Hotel for five nights. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 3 Half-day Cape Town tour including Company Gardens and BoKaap. Optional Table Mountain cable car (weather dependent and bookable locally) to the top where you can walk to different viewpoints and get some great pictures of the city below. The tour ends at the V&A waterfront. (B)
Day 4 Full-day Winelands tour. Discover the town of Stellenbosch on a guided walk and enjoy a wine tasting. In the afternoon enjoy time at leisure in the beautiful town of Franschhoek, known as the food and wine capital of the country. (B)
Day 5 Day at leisure. Optional full-day Cape Point tour along the coasts of Clifton to view Camps Bay, Hout Bay and Chapman’s Peak. Experience a funicular which reveals the magnificent views from Cape Point (£95). (B)
Day 6 Day at leisure. Optional Robben Island tour (weather dependent), where Nelson Mandela spent 18 of his 27 years in prison (£50). Transfer back to the hotel after the Robben Island Tour, alternatively spend the afternoon at the V&A Waterfront. (B)
