A fantastic opportunity to combine some of the great wonders of the Red Sea in the comfort of your premium vessel with excursions, onboard lectures and free time to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and weather while cruising.
Stretching for over 1,200km down Egypt’s east coast, the Red Sea is a nature reserve for millions of sea life species and coral reefs. With crystal clear waters, it is known to be the best diving place in the world. At its northern end, the Red Sea splits into two parts, the Gulf of Suez to the northwest and the Gulf of Aqaba to the northeast, supporting unique and diverse aquatic ecosystems and serving as a vital habitat for some of the world's richest coral reefs.
Home to one of the oldest and greatest civilisations and many UNESCO world heritage sites, Egypt is a jewel of culture and fascinating historical sites. Luxor (Thebes) is considered an open museum with the Valley of the Kings being the most significant royal burial grounds for great pharaohs for thousands of years, including the famous Tomb of Tutankhamun found in pristine condition. Being not only a treasure of history, Egypt also has world class beaches and vibrant resorts with Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh offering stunning coral reefs and turquoise waters.
Jordan is part of the Holy Land and home to around 100,000 archaeological sites and attractions. With a rich history and culture, the country offers timeless landscapes and ancient wonders. The ancient city of Petra, once a lost city, was voted one of the ‘New 7 Wonders of the World’. Capital of the Nabatean Kingdom, Petra contains tombs and temples beautifully carved into pink sandstone cliffs and an innovative water management system that made the region inhabitable. With its unique and astonishing desert landscape, Wadi Rum is Jordan’s red-rock wilderness and an extraordinary patch of the desert biome. The Stone Age petroglyphs and nomadic presence offer a rare window into humanity’s earliest beginnings.
