During this exciting adventure, we fly high into the Andes to Cuzco, take a train to the majestic peak of Machu Picchu, catch a catamaran to the islands of Lake Titicaca and trundle by bus across Bolivia to La Paz. From La Paz, we fly to the two greatest cities of South America: elegant and sophisticated Buenos Aires and then on to breathtakingly beautiful Rio de Janeiro and visiting the stupendous Iguassu Falls en route. The architectural legacies of the Incas and colonising Spanish and Portuguese are spellbinding as is the scenery encountered in the Andes, on Lake Titicaca, the jungle surrounding Iguassu and amongst the mountains and islands of Rio.

VJV Special Event - Tea at Monasterio
From May 2012, enjoy tea at the historic Hotel Monasterio in Cuzco, a delightful former monastery dating back to 1592 and now part of the Orient-Express collection.
