Day 1 Fly from London Gatwick (Heathrow Jan-Mar) to Funchal and transfer to your chosen hotel for a four-night stay.
Day 2 In the morning, ‘A Taste of Madeira’. Afternoon visit to the Quinta Palmeira gardens which date back to the 16th century. Visit the Blandy family-owned Quinta do Palheiro gardens, one of the largest private gardens in Europe.
Day 3 A full-day excursion with lunch exploring the charming valleys and villages on the eastern corner of the island and the dramatic scenery on the northwest coast.
Day 4 Day at leisure.
Day 5 Return flight or extend your stay for a further three nights.
