The carriages are fitted with art-deco marquetry, vintage chrome fittings and 1930s-designed upholstery whilst your comfortable compartment is a restful retreat of gleaming wood, polished brass, soft towels and crisp linen. Compartments have a washbasin and convert from daytime seating to upper and lower berth beds. There is a shared W.C in each carriage. Single compartments are small and only designed for one person. A bar car with resident pianist and three meticulously restored dining cars will set the tone for a menu worthy of the finest restaurants.
