Day 1 Fly from London Gatwick to Marrakech. Transfer to your chosen hotel for seven nights.
Day 2 A full-day tour of Marrakech includes lunch, the Koutoubia Minaret, Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace, and Dar Si Said Palace museum of jewellery, costume, chests and doors.
Day 3 An afternoon exploration of the fascinating and colourful souks of the old medina, visiting the Medersa Ben Youssef, a 14th-century religious teaching establishment. Enjoy a drink overlooking Djemma el-Fna Square. A special dinner at a Moroccan restaurant.
Day 4 An optional full-day tour, via the pretty Asni Valley, in four-wheel drive vehicles, visits the spectacular Toubkal Mountains and the remote Berber village of Imlil for lunch.
Day 5 Visit the picturesque ‘blue’ port of Essaouira. Explore the medina, Jewish quarter and city ramparts. Includes lunch.
Day 6 Visit the gentle Ourika Valley in the foothills of the High Atlas, visiting a Berber village and farm including a traditional lunch.
Day 7 Day at leisure.
Day 8 Transfer to the airport for the return flight.
