The Colours of Morocco
In sight of the foothills of the High Atlas and on the Atlantic coast
Day 1 Fly from London Gatwick to Marrakech. Travel to the former Portuguese port of Essaouira for a three-night stay at Hotel Riad al Madina or the 5-star Hotel Atlas Essaouira.
Day 2 An included half-day walking tour of Essaouira includes the beautiful Portuguese battlements, the market and the peaceful medina.
Day 3 At leisure.
Day 4 Transfer to Marrakech for a four-night stay at the Riad Armelle or the Moroccan 5-star Hotel Atlas Medina.
Day 5 Full-day tour of Marrakech includes lunch, a visit to the Koutoubia Minaret, the Majorelle Gardens, the Bahia Palace and the Dar Si Said Palace, museum of jewellery, costume, chests and doors.
Day 6 Exploration of the souks and the herb and spice markets with an included drink overlooking Djemma el-Fna Square.
Day 7 At leisure.
Day 8 Transfer to the airport for the return flight.
