Hotels are small, privately-run 3-star hotels, with coffee shop and rooms with private facilities and air-conditioning. Alcohol is not available anywhere in Libya and it is not possible to bring into the country duty free wines or spirits. On occasion alternative hotels of a similar standard may be used.

A 5-star hotel close to the Pyramids at Giza, 20 minutes from downtown Cairo. Restaurants, bars, terraces, pool and spacious air-conditioned rooms overlooking the pool or landscaped gardens, with private facilities, hairdryer, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and balcony/terrace.
