Day 1Fly from London Gatwick (Heathrow Apr 30-Oct
29) to Luxor and transfer to the 5-star MS Hamees for
seven nights.
Day 2 A morning excursion to the West Bank visits the
Valley of the Kings, temple of Queen Hatshepsut and
Colossi of Memnon. Sail to Esna and visit its temple.
Overnight in Edfu.
Day 3 Continue to Aswan via Kom Ombo.
Day 4 A morning visit to the High Dam and temple
of Philae. Later visit the Nubian Museum and enjoy a
cruise by felucca or private boat to the Kitchener Island
Botanical Gardens and Elephantine Island.
Day 5An optional excursion to Abu Simbel (4 hrs by road
each way). Afternoon at leisure.
Day 6 Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the temple. Overnight
in Esna.
Day 7 Sail to Luxor and visit Karnak Temple and Luxor
Museum. ‘Luxor Temple by Night’ event.
Day 8 Return flight.
