Day 1 Fly from London Heathrow to Cairo. Transfer to your chosen hotel for four nights.
Day 2 Full-day old Cairo excursion includes the Coptic churches and museum, Gayer-Anderson Museum, Ibn Toulon Mosque and Abdeen Royal Palace.
Day 3 Visit the Egyptian Museum (reopened with all the major items of antiquity on display), Citadel, Mohammed Ali Mosque and Khan el-Khalili souks. Evening optional Sound & Light at the Pyramids - £22.
Day 4 Visit the Pyramids and Great Sphinx, Memphis & Saqqara.
Day 5 Return flight.
Extension - Red Sea
Spend 4 nights at the 5-star Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna on the Red Sea. Situated on a peninsula with over 2 kms of private beach and extensive grounds, 10-20 minutes to the town centre and marina (included bus/boat shuttle pass).
